inX.aero, Alpavia & Jetcom Strengthen Global Aviation Partnership

inX.aero, Alpavia, and Jetcom are pleased to announce an exciting extension of their strategic partnership, aimed at improving air travel services for a global audience. This enhanced collaboration brings together Alpavia's top-notch expertise in private jet travel and inX.aero's proven skills in charter flights and specialized services for sports teams.

Together, they will offer a complete range of customized air travel solutions for both business and leisure. As part of this consolidation, inX.aero will take over the management and operation of Alpavia’s aircraft, which were previously handled by Jetcom.

Jetcom will continue supporting inX.aero with a new stronger joint venture, streamlining operations into a single, efficient entity.

This change will allow inX.aero to manage the aircraft directly in partnership with Alpavia, improving service and delivering a superior travel experience.

Niko Grobenlik, Accountable Manager of Alpavia, commented:

"Alpavia is thrilled to continue its partnership with inX.aero. This alliance marks a significant milestone in our mission to offer a diverse range of high-quality air services.

By combining our strengths, we are well-positioned to meet the travel demands of a broad customer base, delivering flexible, customized solutions."

Antonio Cottone, General Manager of inX.aero, added:

"Teaming up with Alpavia enables us to expand our service portfolio and reach new clients.

This strategic partnership allows us to elevate the travel experience by merging the best of private jet services, ensuring a superior and seamless journey for our customers."

Elisabetta Bocci, CEO of Jetcom, emphasized:

"We are proud to announce the continued evolution of our partnership with inX.aero, marking a significant step forward in our commitment to delivering unparalleled service to

our customers. By shifting the management of the aircrafts to inX.aero, we are streamlining operations and enhancing efficiency.

This joint venture not only solidifies our collaboration but also ensures that our customers experience seamless operations and the highest standards of service."

The three companies will continue to strengthen their collaboration, building on the solid relationship established over the past two years. Initial efforts will focus on fleet integration and resource sharing, with the aim of improving operational efficiency and streamlining services for enhanced performance and customer satisfaction
